How it works
Five steps, all online.
Each unit is its own booking, so every unit gets its own time slot, its own texts, and its own invoice.
- 01
Book the unit
Open the booking page, choose the package that fits the unit, and pick an open weekday time. Openings start two days out.
- 02
Add access details
Enter the unit address, then put the unit number, building, gate or parking notes, and lockbox or office key instructions in the booking notes.
- 03
Get the texts
Housecall Pro texts a booking confirmation, then an on-the-way text, to the mobile number on the booking. Use the number of whoever handles access.
- 04
The unit gets cleaned
Low-moisture cleaning with counter-rotating brushes, so the unit isn't left soaking wet.
- 05
Pay the invoice
The invoice arrives after the visit. Payment is due on receipt and can be made online.

- One unit per booking and per time slot. Plan about 2 hours per unit.

Paperwork and area
- Insured. Text (316) 232-8111 to request a certificate of insurance.
- Service within about 15 miles of downtown Wichita, including Derby, Andover, Goddard, and Maize.
- On-base military housing and downtown high-rise buildings are not serviced.
