The plain-language terms for booking a cleaning with Wichita Carpet Cleaning Services.

Booking

• Appointments are Monday through Friday. Same-day appointments are not offered; online booking shows the open future times.
• No payment is needed to book. The online scheduler (Housecall Pro) checks your address for the service area before you choose a time.
• Service area is approximate, about 15 miles from downtown Wichita. Your exact address decides whether it’s covered. On-base military housing is not serviced.

Prices

• Published prices on this website apply, plus applicable tax. The standard package covers up to 5 rooms, 2 hallways and 1 staircase. A staircase counts as one area however many steps it has. Each additional room, hallway or staircase is $15.
• Exceptionally large or unusual spaces, specialty fabrics and surfaces, and anything not listed are reviewed before service.
• Payment is due after the work, when the invoice arrives.

Changes and cancellations

There is no cancellation fee. Please give as much notice as you can. Reply to your scheduling text or text (316) 232-8111. A change or cancellation is final once we confirm it.

Results

Drying time and results depend on carpet construction, soil, staining, prior treatment, humidity and airflow. Permanent stain or odor removal cannot be promised.
