You can ask us to remove information from our Messenger assistant at any time.

Messenger assistant information

1. Open our Facebook Page in Messenger.
2. Send the message DELETE MY DATA.
3. We use that conversation to find and remove the assistant records connected to it.

Assistant records are also deleted automatically after a limited period, even if you don’t ask.

Booking, text and invoice records

These are kept in Housecall Pro. To ask about them, or to change or cancel a booked job, reply to the Housecall Pro text or text (316) 232-8111. A message does not change or cancel an appointment until the company confirms it. Records we need to provide service or meet legal obligations, such as invoices, may be kept.

Information held by Facebook

Meta keeps Messenger conversations under its own policies. Use your Facebook privacy settings to manage what Meta holds.
