The right package
Count carpeted rooms, hallways and stairs. Choose standard ($99) or small ($75), or a pet package if pets lived there.
Access details
Unit number, gate code, parking notes, or lockbox and office key instructions go in the booking notes.
Who gets the invoice
Housecall Pro sends the invoice after the visit, and it can be paid online. Payment is due on receipt.

Wear and damage
Cleaning can't repair worn, burned, torn or faded carpet.
Old pet damage
Pet treatment helps, but deep or old urine may leave odor or stains. Permanent removal cannot be promised.
Your deposit
Deposit decisions belong to your landlord and your lease, not to the cleaning.
