With us, most homes pay $99 plus tax. That covers up to five rooms, two hallways and one standard staircase. The same area with pet treatment is $149, smaller visits start at $75, and each area beyond your package is $15. You see the price before you book and pay after the work is done.

What changes the price
Only three things move the total.
More rooms, halls or stairs
Each additional area, room, hallway or staircase beyond your package is $15, plus applicable tax. Add them in the booking calculator.
Pets
Pet spots or odor call for a pet-treatment package: $85 instead of $75, or $149 instead of $99.
Very large or unusual spaces
Exceptionally large or unusual spaces can be discussed before service, so nothing is a surprise on the day.
What doesn't change it
Closets stay included in their room. There is no payment to book and no cancellation fee.

Wear and damage
Cleaning can't repair worn, burned, torn or faded carpet.
Old pet damage
Pet treatment helps, but deep or old urine may leave odor or stains. Permanent stain or odor removal cannot be promised.
Scheduling
Appointments are Monday through Friday, online openings start two days out, and each home or unit is its own booking.
